The FM software has built in tools which are designed to make software use and navigation as simple as possible.
Help Files are directly linked to the area you are working on in FM and can be easily viewed with a click of your mouse. All Help Files are easily viewed on screen and can be printed.
Tool tips are displayed throughout the application to guide you while performing tasks within the software. These tool tips prompt users of action that can be taken on a given screen and show users what step is next in a given process.
Pop-up Messages notify users of critical actions that are being made in the system before the action is taken. They also remind users when certain actions are required to complete a function.
