We deliver a powerful software product that is very easy to use and completely scalable.  Just ask one of our customers!          System Administration     FM has a comprehensive security and user management system that exceeds New York State Comptroller's requirements.  Since 2005, over 245 school districts using Finance Manager have been audited by the New York State Comptroller's Office and our software passed the test every time.  Our software maintains detailed audit trails, granular permissions controls, and conforms to proper user name and password authentication standards.  We are dedicated to ensuring that all your accounting and personnel information is secure.  Our system provides you with all the necessary tools to help you maintain a secure and efficient business office.            User Profiles     • In order to ensure the highest level of security, a profile is created for each FM User.   These profiles allow the users to gain access to the system, so that they can perform the necessary duties pertaining to their job responsibilities.   • Username and passwords are assigned to each FM user.  Passwords must be alphanumeric and are required to be changed on a 30, 60 or 90 day basis as per the district’s preference.   • User Permissions are assigned to each profile based on module, function, and action that the user is performing within the system.   • Access privileges allow you to determine the level of detail a user can view, approve or override. • Account permissions allow you to link specific accounts and funds to each individual FM user.            Security Features   In addition to user profiles, Finance Manger provides a full security management system for control and evaluation over activity within the FM product.   Customizable system options are available based on district policies. • Each user may only be logged into FM once with their specific username and password, and upon each login they will be notified when their last successful login happened. • Based on preference, audit session activity can be setup by number of days, no less than 30. • Permit/Prohibit changing of vendor payment names is customizable to meet the needs of the district. • Auditing and analysis reports include    - System Audit Analysis - detailing changes and updates made by specific user(s)    - Payroll Change Analysis - detailing changes made to personnel deductions and earnings    - Vendor Name Change Report    - Vendor Payment Limit Report and Above Set Limit Report    - Manual Check Review    - Permissions Reports
