This module shares data from the HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER and PAYROLL MANAGER modules of the FINANCE MANAGER Series to create scattergrams and calculate future salary and benefit costs. Its powerful tools assist you in every step of the negotiations process.

• Allows for percentage and/or dollar increases and permits an unlimited number of rounding options.
• Updates all employee salaries for the next fiscal year by utilizing relevant data in the employee database files.
