 An interactive fund accounting software module with built-in controls to maintain data integrity and balanced entry. Its user-friendly format simplifies recordkeeping functions, generates all financial documents, and interacts with other FINANCE MANAGER modules to efficiently maintain data in real time.
Features
- Provides all standard reports, ST-3, trial balance, revenue status, appropriation status, and cash balance for selected funds and date ranges – including the ability to cross multiple fiscal years/periods.
- Maintains fully-integrated, single-input accounting system: general ledger, accounts payable, budgetary accounting, receipts/revenue, encumbrances/purchasing, project/grant accounting. All data is entered once and updates all ledgers, eliminating duplicate input.
- Provides on-line “real time” entry posting: unlimited debits and/or credits with double-entry balancing. Unique on-screen totals eliminate out-of-balance entries.
- Generates all financial documents: computer-generated checks, purchase orders, complete account and vendor histories in a wide variety of report formats that empower the user to readily access data.
